We already use Blackboard or Moodle. Why add Taqyeem?
Keep them. Taqyeem works alongside your LMS: it takes the marks you already record and handles the CLO and PLO calculation, the review and the evidence record around them.
Does it work with paper exams?
Yes. Marks from paper exams go into the same assessment matrix as everything else, so they count in the same analysis.
Can each outcome have its own target?
Yes. Every CLO and PLO has its own threshold, and each CLO to PLO mapping is weighted low, medium or high.
Which students count toward PLO attainment?
Only students on the program's roster for that term. Other students in the section still count toward CLO results.
What happens when an outcome is below threshold?
The instructor writes an explanation and an improvement plan before the report can be submitted, then reflects on how it worked in the next offering.
What does a pilot involve?
One program for one semester. We set up its courses, outcomes, thresholds and mappings with you, then review the results together.
